Genesis 48:4-6

⁴ He said to me, ‘See, I will give you many children. I will make you a group of nations. And I will give this land to your children and to your children’s children after you. It will belong to them forever.’ ⁵ Now your two sons, who were born to you in Egypt before I came to you here, are mine. Ephraim and Manasseh will be mine, as Reuben and Simeon are. ⁶ The children born to you after them will be yours. They will be called by the names of their brothers in their share of what the family is to receive.
